Here’s how we take the load off – we conduct:

We then present finalists to your leadership team, participate in the final decision, and help develop the contract. Focus can also drive the onboarding plan, update the budget to reflect your new team member, and define metrics.
Focus only recruits as part of a broader solution for our clients—we don’t do one-off recruitments.
Because you’re our client, we understand your entire sales organization. Who would you rather have recruit your sales team: somebody who designed your sales organization, or a company you flipped the job description to?
If we’re your sales manager, we’ll drive the onboarding, training of tools, technology processes, and systems, as well as overall coaching and sales management. Unlike other recruiting agencies, we won’t drop off the salesperson and leave. Since they’ll be reporting to us, we have to live with them!
If we’re not your sales manager, you still have the option to use Focus for compensation design, onboarding, CRM training, and immediate sales training. We can work side-by-side with your existing sales manager on any required activities.
Focus charges a fixed fee ranging from $4500 to $7500 per recruitment. Some portion of the fee can be made contingency, as well as offering discounts for multiple recruitments at the same time. We also offer a 4-month guarantee.
